As we reach the summer months , preparations are well developed for the opening of the new shop, stocked with beautiful items the ladies have made. The inside features the logo painted on the wall , the displays are looking vibrant  with everything available used for maximum effect. The outside sign is strategically placed by the road to the Maasai Mara and the toilet signs are eye catching.

The Official Opening in August 2014 was a grand affair with Al and Gail , Threads of Hope founders flying in from America. The opening ceremony was performed by the Mayor of the area and there were around 1000 people present. Afterwards they shared a meal and the Mayor was keen to try his had at using the sewing machines until the watchful eyes of teachers and students. What an amazing day to remember , one in which all the Glory was given to God for His blessings on the Sewing School. Here are a selection of the photos. Please click on the photos for the Caption. Deborah sends her love and thanks for all the prayers and support she has been given. If you wish to know more about making a donation please contact this website and details will be emailed to you. Thank you. God bless you all.
